# Will I get a design proof for my Custom Neon® sign?

### Will I get a design proof if I use your online design tool?

Once you hit the Add to Cart button, our [custom sign maker](https://customneon.com/create-neon-sign/) will generate a design proof of your sign, with all the details of your custom order, the price and what you'll receive in the box.

**Select YES** if you're happy to proceed, and go straight to checkout. After payment you will receive an order confirmation email and we will begin manufacturing your sign(s).

**Select NO** if you still have questions or need help. Then proceed to checkout and go through the payment process. We will then provide further assistance by emailing you a design proof to confirm details and answer any queries.

**Please note**, if you select NO, your order turn around time *begins from your approval of the design*. This may add additional time to processing.

*Please check your junk/spam folders*. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of our email, we will start production.
