# What is the turnaround time for a standard Custom Neon® order?

What is the turnaround time for a standard order?

All Custom Neon signs are made to order so there is production time plus shipping. 5 weeks is the maximum turnaround time and most customers receive their Custom Neon order within 3 weeks.  
*Please note that Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries.*

If you’re in a hurry please consider choosing the **Rush My Order** option (if available at checkout). For Rush orders we aim to produce and deliver your order within 2-3 weeks.

If you choose **Rush My Order** and we are unable to deliver your order within 3 weeks we are happy to refund the difference between the Standard and Rush order shipping cost.
